Lost at Sea is in comic stores Wednesday in North America, Thursday in the UK. I don't know how the rest of the world works, or if it works at all, or if it works much better and is doing fine without my silly book.
I read the book and it was okay. There are a lot of stupid little errors, but all in the drawing -- Steph is wearing a choker in one panel and never ever again, and the logo on Raleigh's shirt in the last scene keeps disappearing. There is one page where the paste-up stuff got all garbled. I seem to remember having drawn something like 40 pages in the last week of working on the book, so I forgive myself things like this. Overall it works and you can't tell I was insane towards the end -- in fact, it really seems to get better as it goes along. It looks nice on paper. It feels nice in my hands.
I hope whoever gets a copy tomorrow enjoys it to some degree, and your comments are welcome here, but they would be more welcome in my e-mail.
