Great cover, love the colours! I was just wondering the other day what colour and pattern you might go with for book 4 as I was looking at the spines of books 1 to 3 on my bookshelf. Really looking forward to the new Scott Pilgrim later this year.

The perfect gift on Memorial Day!

I like the background more than all the other covers so far. Also, some of your linework is taking on a sort of...Hanna Barbara quality? Maybe it's just because Scott's fist is so close. But it has those thick lines on top and narrow spikey lines between the fingers. Kind of reminds me of a tighter Scott Morse technique.

All the preview stuff you've put up for volume four looks so solid. I don't know if it's the negative space
(pro tip: I never know what I'm talking about) or the thicker lines or what, but your characters are popping off the page.

ALSO: Thanks for the brush you and Hope gave me. I can almost fill in a circle now! (pro tip: I still can't fill in a circle)

Oh wow, the colouring's amazing? I'm maybe a bit sad that the "one character shot" per cover thing has gone, I guess it's a good thing the title character's back on the cover.

Did you ever decide whether the SP free comic book day issue is going to be in v.4?
