yeah, someone used the image for a comics jam flyer at school. i stole it for my room. it's a good cover, but the ivy stand alone looks so sharp, since the third one is basically all about her

So is each volume going to have a single character on the cover? Any chance you'll let slip who's on unreleased covers?

I actually really like this cover. I wasn't disappointed when I saw the new one or anything, but I do like this one better.

I kid you not on this - I wrote a very bad RPG in 1996, and posted it on an early web page. Next thing, it was translated into Spanish, and then I started getting email from Spain and Mexico asking me for occult knowledge.

Scott Pilgrim is Scott McCloud's favorite comic. He said so himself here during his fifty states tour.

But, you probably already knew...

I also prefer the drawing on this version, but think that Scott looks too happy for a book subtitled "The Infinite Sadness".

Is this one of the reasons why you chose to go with the Envy cover?

this cover is very nice, but I think you made the right choice using envy the way you did

besides, i enjoy all the pink

why scrapped?

The layout looks really familiar. Was it based on an album cover or something similar?

And it will be pissing off people who work in comic book stores for twice that. Because I bet that some idiot will go and request this particular volume again swearing that it's supposed to have a different (or two) cover -_-
