new song pour vousss
i wrote and recorded a new song that you can listen to and download from my purevolume thingy, called "don't bother". it's about... uh... a tropical storm... and... some stuff that's been on my mind, or something?

there was a tropical
storm out my window
the cats were asleep and alive
and she still loved me
someone once told me
the future is history
and the past is still happening
and the present's a mystery

but i didn't believe them
cos i don't believe anything
whether i read it or see it on tv
everything is far away
and i'm in my head all day
and nothing is bothering me

it was raining as hard as this
as hard as it ever did
but this is the future
and that was a funeral
and it's typical, isn't it
to think of it as a catalyst
the death of a loved one
like you're shot from a giant gun

but i didn't feel that way
cos i don't feel anything
unless i get to read it or rent the dvd
everything is far away
and i'm in my head all day
and nothing is bothering me

well, the golden age
is gonna end before it starts
i'm gonna make a million friends
and then i'll throw them all away
just like the old ones
see i've got a vested
interest in breaking hearts

i had all the answers
right there in front of me
but i spent all day sleeping
and playing nintendo
someone once told me
the journey of a thousand miles
starts with just one thought
in your head

but i don't think i thought it
cos i never think at all
i only read comic books and the words on the tv
everything seems far away
but it's gonna be here one day
the future's as tall as a tree
but i wouldn't know it
cos i don't know anything

	Not how I expected you to sound. It's good though. I might play it at the station, those college kids like sounds like this. Also, do you know if anyone else had a problem with the printing on thier Scott Pilgrim books? Some of the ink bled pretty bad in my copy. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	i was gonna make a poll about that (the ink bleeding) today, but i didn't. it's there on one or two pages in most copies, but apparently some are really bad. it's not my fault, it was the printing press... nothing i can do about it, unfortunately. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I'm only busy if you consider playing Animal Crossing and watching Arrested Development all the time being busy! I mean, I work sometimes, I guess. We still don't talk enough, though!! I was thinking that we could do another awkward songz type thing, but this time I would do most of the mixing and production. Maybe we can just a do a 6 song EP or something.
